1. Chocolate Truffle Cake
Ingredients:
* All-purpose flour – 2 cups
* Dark chocolate – 200 g
* Sugar – 1 cup
* Butter – 100 g

* Fresh cream – 1 cup
* Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a cake tin and line with baking paper.

Ingredients:
* All-purpose flour – 2 cups
* Sugar – 1½ cups
* Eggs – 4
* Cocoa powder – ¼ cup
* Baking powder – 1½ tsp
* Cherry syrup – ½ cup
* Whipped cream – 2 cups
* Cherries – 1½ cups
* Chocolate shavings – for decoration
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare cake tin.
2. Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix gently.
4. Bake the cake for 30–35 minutes and cool completely.
5. Cut cake into layers.
6. Brush each layer with cherry syrup.
7. Spread whipped cream and add cherries between layers.

Ingredients:
* All-purpose flour – 2 cups

Method:

Ingredients:
* All-purpose flour – 2 cups
* Sugar – 1 cup
* Butter – 1 cup
